History:

In 1938 Jack W. Rich founded Guaranty Loan & Real Estate. Mr. Rich began buying and developing residential subdivisions and shopping centers in Crittenden County, by 1960 Guaranty Loan and Real Estate became a full-service real estate company, adding office and industrial properties. Shortly thereafter, the company’s services grew to include sales, leasing, management, construction, mortgage banking, and insurance. Seventy-five years after its inception, Guaranty Loan and Real Estate continues to offer these real estate services in West Memphis, AR.

Current:

Guaranty Loan & Real Estate owns and manages a portfolio of over one million square feet of retail, office, and apartment properties in West Memphis, AR. In addition, we continue to provide extensive land development capabilities, including the development of office, retail, industrial, and residential properties.
